How To Become The Best Version Of Yourself | These Tips Will Blow Your Mind
Hello! Welcome back to the KM Blog! It’s been a few months since I have posted on the blog, but I am back with a topic everyone can get inspiration from. I turned 20 about 6 months ago and I am slowly becoming the woman I have always wanted to be. Keep in mind, I am not talking about anything that relates to career goals. Today I want to highlight the day-to-day task that helps me grow into my womanhood. My father was giving me an inspirational speech a few weeks ago. It was a week when I was feeling down and doubting everything I have done in life so far. My father mentioned how he started acting like the person he would be 10 years from now, today, and it was the best advice I have ever received.
I know it sounds crazy and confusing, but let me break it down for you. For example, I am 20 years old. If it were 10 years in the future, I would be 30 years old. When I think about being 30 years old, I like to think about how I would be classy, healthy, motivated, successful, and all the other amazing things I desire to be in life. But, why wait to be that 30-year-old version of myself? Why wait to be classy, healthy, motivated, and successful? I can be that right now! Hearing my father explain that concept to me blew my mind. I will never be able to look at life the same way. It opened my eyes to a new perspective.
Instead of me saying, “I want to be classy”, “I want to be motivated”, “I want to be successful”. I will now say, “I am classy”, “I am motivated”, “I am successful” because I am already everything that I desire to be. It’s all about manifesting your dream life and having faith in your capabilities.
Today, I want to encourage you to be your future self. Be that person you always say you can’t wait to become. Manifest it and then be it because life is short.
Here are some fun ideas that can help you be happy and healthy in life:
- Create a morning and night routine
- Drink water
- Go for a long morning walk at least once a week
- Eat healthily, but don’t be afraid to eat that cookie!
- Tell 3 people you love them, every day
- Write down weekly goals
- Watch your favorite movie/tv show
- Drink chamomile tea at night
- Tell yourself you are beautiful every morning
- Go get Boba with your bestie
